I think shes feeling blue......
I have no idea what the hand like blue marks are, she does have fake nails as accessories though =P Guess thats what you get changing an adult to a teen hehe.

lol...I had the same thing happen to one of my sims when I used insim to age him from adult to teen and back to adult. I used the mirror to get his face back and he had no eyebrows!
