Thank you so much for sharing this with us shellybeans2.  I have already played this lot for a couple of Sims days, and it plays like a dream!  This is the first lot I've found that has townhomes with large rooms and enough bedrooms to suit my large sim families.  The kitchens in all 5 homes are so spacious which is a definite plus!  :worship:
