Just for clarification... did you mean "reinstall" and "installed" instead of "redownload" and "downloaded"? I want to make sure, because there's a big difference between the two, and usually downloading Sims 2 is either associated with the EA Store's electronic download or pirating.
Just want to be absolutely sure, so we can help you figure it out completely.
(BTW, make sure you are extracting your downloaded custom content from the compressed archives within your correctly spelled
Downloads folder. If it's not spelled correctly, then most of everything within it will not be recognized by the game.) :angel:
