Request: All extra's from (home)business

I was wondering if it's possible to create something wich would allow me (and others) to get all the extra's from (i.e.) the homebusiness. (Like a discount at buying products, manipulating etc.) I could get to 10 points, so I could choose 10 things I'd wanted of the (Around) 25. (?) (At the end you have the best 5) (Maybe there is already something that would create the same effect, if so, could someone please forward me to it.)

Hmm, you want a mod to enable all the business perks? There are more than a few mods out there that'll do that. The only one I can think of at the moment is our very own InSimenator, via the Business Adjuster option.
