For some reason every time I have chosen a room mate, their faces pop up as an NPC (and I can see all of their needs and such) but they never enter the house? and I never actually see them as a sim on the lot. Is that how its suppose to be? I thought I was suppose to interact with them? aren't they suppose to live in the house?

I dont know but you tell me...If you have downloads (which I have MANY) the houses dont load? Not to mention that I saved the game in a different location, and it still wrote over my families...they seemed to have disappeared!! Is anyone else having this problem? If so what should I do? If I uninstal APT Life will I get my families back? or do I just remove my downloads and add them back slowly? suggestions guys?:sad4:

Truly I don't think my computer can handle another EP ! as I am avid Sims player...what they need to come up with is a system to handle all the downloads   so you can run the game without all the crashes and something to handle the files so it shortens the hours it takes the game to load! However they really got it made! as I am totally hooked and all of the above probably wont stop me from buying the new expansions! What do you guys think?

You know how when you load Sims 2, the first three neighborhoods move in their little boxes? (you know before you click into towns) if you make your own town... How do you get that one to move in its box?

I am trying to change the CAS screen when creating my sims... every time I rename the new CAS file ... the old one keeps popping up... Why?

I just installed a patch for freetime and then noticed that all my custom content  disappeared!! What can I do to make it come back?

This house is quirky looking & modern. Its a 2br 2ba + study. Probably could do with a pool and nice outdoor patio. The house is on a fairly large plot... Just enough space to build a garden and a pool

Ok... try and follow... I have packaged a lot. I have opened the lot with the sims clean installer. I clicked on the house button. saved with another name.

ok Now... I now seem to get a file, with the name I used to save and the original package file??

Looks like we all love our modern Lofts these days so this is my second attempt to create one. It's a fairly simple design but I think I have cleverly used the space, and its my favorite!  I have attached however, pictures of what it could look like furnished... to give an idea of what you could do. The only thing left for you guys...is to create a bit of a garden and add some foliage to the front should you so choose. Enjoy!!

This house is 1b 2b + Sun deck, spread over 3floors
The sun deck room has no roof. This was to add a little "outside in" effect,( I wanted to see the snow in the winter!) Don't worry there are doors to that room, so to keep the elements out of the main house.

*Even though the house is empty* I want to give Thanks to all the those wonderful designers who created those great modern meshes that make my house look great!

Hello Ya'll attached is my attempt at a more upscale home. I cant seem to get away from the brick... don't ask me why!! I have all EP's installed up to FT.
The house is a 2b 1ba huge kitchen, large upstairs landing, and a study.
Tell me what you think or if you have any issues with the upload.

PS I have uploaded the lot, but have included pictures of what it could look like furnished.

Ok... This is my first attempt at a loft. If I packaged it correctly, You should only see the the lot. It includes lots of open space no phones upstairs (due to lack of walls! and a little balcony! Its quite expensive I think within the 40,000-60,000ss range.  I have included some pictures of what it would look like furnished just in case you want to see. Let me know what you think!:-P

Is there a way to tell on InSIMenator...how many times your files has been downloaded?

Ok ...I know how to download objects, however now I have a bunch of items that are now in the wrong buy bins, Outerwear that is in everyday wear?! Is there any way that I can organize...or is there any way I can get/move the right items in the right bins? so they show up correctly in the game?

PS. I have the Delphy's download organizer, and Sims 2 categorizer.

I know I'm probably not the first to ask this...Thanks to anyone that can help!

Ok... Now keep in mind that I am new at this... and I am not sure how to give credit where credit is due. I built this house, and when I packaged it it wasnt empty...so when I tried to save it with the clean installer I hope it only gave you the packaged lot? let me know if there are any problems.
