~Since there is no updated simPE for Apartment Life yet & you get a warning error when you start it I decided to update it myself upon not finding any post on it.You still cannot edit only recolor objects until Quaxi comes out with an updated simPE.Copy the folders text under path root save recursive in your program files/simPE/Data folder/folders.XREG & the expansions text same location only expansions.XREG at the bottom 1 space from the above EP.I hope this helps for those who did'nt already know this & as always back up your game folder & simPE.~
 
*In simPE you may have to go to Extra then preferences to the filetable then add or change to browse for the folder.I did this by overwriting an EP that I don't have.
