Everytime that I try to buy a crib, my whole computer freezes. It's not the custom content, I've removed all of it already. And I've even tried creating all new files. (Like I renamed the 'The Sims 2' under the 'EA Games' folder, and created a new one when I started the game again.)

And this only happens with the baby crib in the buy mode. Nothing else?
I have no idea why it does this?

Okay, all of my custom sims are now showing up in the game, but all of the files are still there.
And when I open SimPE, they are all there, they just don't show up in the game??

I had a custom neighborhood that I had all of my families in, and I had to delete the sims 2, and redownload it later, and I kept all of my files.
So when I redownloaded the game, I replaced the new files with mine,
And everything shows up, except my neighborhood! All of the files are there, I can't get the game to read it!

Please help me

Okay, when I try to start it up, It won't work. Like when you get to the screen where it says 'Sims 2' and when it has all of the loading things at the bottom, then it gets to 'Destablishing Orbital Payloads' it freezes everytime. I have the sims 2 clean pack installer thing, and I've already checked through it?

This just started about 2 weeks ago, but whenever I try to make a new sim or family, once I put them in a house, there's an error. Like If I had 2 sims, and the one sim was clicked, if the cursor goes over that sim, there's an error. But only when you have that sims' like profile thing up. If you go over the other sim, nothing happens. But if you click the second sim, and put the cursor over that, it does the error.
This only happens with new sims too, my other sims work fine. :/
I don't understand what's going on?? I have the sims2clean installer thing, and there's no red either.
