I have been gone for a while now and I am sooo glad to see this site is still here!!

Well, I tried all of your suggestions and she is just not there so now I need to figure out a way to get rid of her altogether and remake her. Thanks for all of your suggestions though.

I made a sim for my game, got her all settled in and everything and then I shut down the game for the night. When I went back in a few days later, she was gone! nowhere to be found. So.... I make another girl and move her into that same house, it's been a few weeks and she's fine. The first sim that I moved in, her picture is still up, I can still ask her to do things but the command disappears. I can still look at her needs but they are all turning bright red. I noticed that when the walkby sims get near her mailbox, they stop, speak and wave, when I hover over that area, I can see her plumbob and its turning red too.  I can't kill her off, I tried that, I would like to have  her back if I can, is there something I can do for that to happen?  I have uni and nightlife if that helps.

I have sims that I have created in my sim bin. I was wondering if once I have placed them in the game, can I delete them from the bin?

It's fine, I think the way I'm explaining what I want to do is confusing lol. I was just trying to be sure I could do what I want to do before I get rid of the other game.

I don't want them to run at the same time, on the first side, I want to eliminate that sims game, I only want it to run on the second side. But I haven't thought about what would happen to all the files I have on the first side. I test ran it on the second side and I didn't get a warning but I just want to be sure it's possible before I get rid of the first side.

I have a sims game on my computer, but I would like to set up another sims game. When I switch screens is it possible to have 2 different sims games on the same computer?  What I am trying to do is have a sims game all on its own and then be able to use my computer under the other identity for "computing".  After I get fully loaded then I would like to get rid of the sims on the first ID side and just use the second one for simming. I hope I didn't give anyone a headache trying to explain this.:smt120

Even after a huge clean out I am at 55,540. I'm thinking about taking out all of these downloads and starting a new download folder, but of course I will keep the old folder just in case I can't find something I had in the old folder. My game takes about 45 mins to load and since I learned to turn off the other processor it runs great.

I use a name generator, I use names I heard on television or movies, books I've read and this may sound a little morbid, but I also find names in the newspaper obituaries.

I tried it both ways and I can't get rid of them, they are the glass looking ones with the black rail. When I click on them it still says, can't pick up.

I'm remodeling Don Lothario's house and I want to remove the third floor but when I click on them,  I get a message saying I can't pick them up. What do I do to get rid of the stairs when this happens?

I will never do that again!
Fortunately, I have another sims game downloaded on my computer under my guest account so I can just pluck that dreamer family and put them in my game. But I'm leaving the dead, dead.
