I am thinking maybe you need a "Brady Bunch" set up with some of those kids sharing rooms! lol. I have plans for an eight bedroom, but like jamesabrown1 says, it'll be on a huge lot and may be slow.

I happen to have all EP's, but I do not think they are required. I would say Nightlife because of the garage. Most flooring, walls, and bath/kitchen items are custom content as listed. If it doesn't work, please let me know.
