I made a community lot with H and M stuff pack, to make a model show, I used the catwalk tiles and curtain but nothing is happening,theres nothing to click to say model clothes or strut down runway??? im confused about what I did wrong. I put the catwalk tiles on the floor and the curtain at the end.It wouldnt work any other way, im frustrated because I cant understand how to make a model show.I put seats on the sides so people could watch. any help would be appreciated.

Thank you everyone, ill definatly be paying a vist to my local computer store. I have only 512 ram. 1.9 ghz cpu. almost 2 gigs. decent graphics card, I wonder if its also my downloaded dvd players? I recently downloaded veoh amongst one other one. Ok I deleted the caches except the body shop one I dont know where it is. im wondering about deleting all my downloads and starting again. Is it possible to save the downloads that I really want? and get rid of the rest?

EDIT: I deleted all my downloads except for a few plus the insimenator and stuff,its working again. so I think I just had too many downloads, I do have a question and thats if I download this cool barbie house that some very talented person created, even though it says you need ofb, would it hurt my game if i installed it anyway? im hoping they only used a bit of it, I dont want to crash my game or anything. Im big time frustrated now,ive tried everything and none of my familes will load now. even maxis created ones " cries" ive wasted about 4 hours now, all the families do is just load. when i went managed to finally get into one they were frozen?? you could diect them to do something but they were frozen like statues. " begins to wail" I hope I havent killed my game......

An hour?  o.o Was this every time you entered that lot? or just the first time? I deleted strangetown since i never use it. I deleted a few recently installed lots,maybe I should delete a few downloaded sims? its going to annoy me if I have to wait an hour every time I want to play that family. The little loading bar at the top of the loading screen isnt showing,but the hourglass is going round and round and task manager says the game is running.

Up until today my sims game was running ok, but now when I load a family, its taking ages and ages to go into it. Is it a memory problem, on wednesday I was thinking about visting my local computer store to maybe upgrade? I hope its nothing more serious, I have also got alot of downloads, would it help if I deleted unused neighbourhoods and unused sims in the sims bin?

Its that annoying freetime,it just seems to hate custom content!,so I got rid of my freetime, I love my custom content do much to give it up.lol

Im wondering if I download this house, will it matter if i dont have ofb installed? I dont want to crash my game.

so do need to have every expansion installed to download this house including freetime?

After further reflection and reading more comments here I might buy it out of curiousity but im going to mainly stick with my sims 2 for quite some time.

When an error occurs i could type out what the message says and see if it helps. It does happen less frequently than when I have freetime installed. Yeah it could also be too much sim games together BUT at point before buying freetime I have all my expansions installed with no problem.Il see if anything happens without the custom content as well and ill get back here with something.

Since I uninstalled freetime I havent got any more this game will crash now messages, so im wondering was my freetime disc faulty? or did it just not like custom content? im still getting the object animation errors but not as frequently. Should I take it back? im sad that I cant play freetime since it doesnt like any custom content, im wondering if it ever will? and how come bon voyage does and that quite new too.

Im excited about most of it except the aging thing where other sims age with you , not sure how thats going to work, for some reason this gane is reminding me of animal crossing.

I uninstalled freetime and all my downloads and saved sims, it seems to be ok, then i installed a bunch of celeb sims from here and a couple of hunks and honeys. I also downloaded that inteeninamtor but its not showing up in my game.
