since no one else replied I will. I use MATY's object remover. It works great. I don't understand why you object to using it - I have not been able to find anything else that works. Since you can't use moveobjects cheat, I don't know what else to tell you.
I don't know that can be done but you can have the illusion of an elder having a baby by using the mod here: http://www.insimenator.org/index.php/topic,69861.0.html -- I use it all the time & it works fine except no baby belly because the elder body does not have that state.
faster fruit? You can try the boolprop testingcheatsenabled true cheat, right click on a tree or patch of soil and click "make harvestable". Can't guarantee it though.
Click My Computer, in Program Files in the EA Games folder, there should be no other folders except what you have installed sucessfully so far. (except homecrafter that is). If there are, delete them.
move objects on messes up placing doors and windows. uneven terrain on the outside of the wall messes up installing doors. that is all I can think of right now.
if you don't want to alter CC body shop items but just Maxis bodyshop items, then just move your downloads folder to the desktop. If you know which CC body shop items you want to use, move them into Savedsims temporarily and move your downloads folder to the desktop.
