I made this trailer park because I get tired of all the "trailer trash" stuff that's out there for the game.  This is Belladonna Mobile Home Park, and trailer trash Sims need not apply to live here!  It's not luxury, but it's nice, like a lot of real trailer parks are in real life, contrary to popular opinion.   There are four trailers, all are partially furnished and decorated.  Everything is Maxis content except for a few floors, walls and paintings I made myself.  The trailer on the far right with the potted trees and fountain in front, is based on the trailer I lived in for 14 years.  It's not identical, but it's similar and I added a few personal touches that the others don't have, and you'll also notice that home is ready for a cat.   All four trailers have a space somewhere near the kitchen which would be for a washer and dryer in real life.

My painting recolors didn't get included in the lot package (this is a glitch that's been around for awhile), so I included them in the zip file.  Just put them in your downloads directory and they should show up in the lot (as long as you have CEP installed.)

I have all expansions and stuff packs and most likely all are required for this to be complete.  This is an apartment lot, the rent starts at 2,006 simoleons. 

I hope there are people out there who can use a NICE trailer park in your game.  Enjoy!

I'm still having the problem of playing computer games not increasing games hobby enthusiasm.  This first started back when I patched FT with that patch EA Games later pulled, but now I have all EPs and the new version of the computer for AL and still, no games enthusiasm.  IS IT JUST ME?  I don't think anybody else has mentioned this and I'm really beginning to wonder.  Could somebody test this to see if they also aren't getting games enthusiasm?

Actually Christianlov has come back and has updated a couple of his things on MTS2.  I don't know where that leaves his previous statement about people upgrading his old stuff, but you might want to check into that.

Chaavik, I just wanted to mention one thing.  I have the FT patch even though Maxis officially took it down.  Since I installed it, playing games on the computer doesn't give enthusiasm for gaming.  I realize you might want to wait until the official patch comes out to even look into this, but I just thought I'd mention it to give you a heads up, since it might happen with the official patch too.

I've found one problem with the expensive version.  Novel writing doesn't work the Free Time way, it's just the old style novel writing with no option for picking plot elements and a cover.  It works fine on the cheap computer, just not the expensive one.

This career should be working with all expansion packs up to and including Free Time. I don't really know much about custom careers except how to make them, but basically they are just base careers with different text, so therefore they should never be rendered unusable by any new expansion pack.  I have all expansions and stuff packs up to date and the Geisha career works for me, as do all other custom careers I have made by me and other modders.  

I do remember after the installation of one expansion pack, I believe it was BV, I had the jump bug myself with this career, but it turned out something else was causing it not the career itself.  I'll go through the archives of various sites I post on to see if I can find the solution to my own problem.

Sayurii-San, I think this should show up as long as you have University but it's possible it needs some other expansion pack.  To be absolutely sure try using the Insimenator or Monique's computer to choose a career for Sim, then all the careers in your game will show up.  You can also turn on the boolprop cheat and shift+click on a newspaper to choose from all the careers.

This stopped working for me after Bon Voyage but I tried it again yesterday and by gosh it DOES work now with Free Time!  I've always been grateful for this mod because it's a sanity saver when you have a Sim who runs a home business, or when you're trying to get parent and child together to do homework!

Squinge, is this just for purchasing pets or does it work for adoption too?  It's those adopted pets that require a second mortgage to get one!

I have this mod and my pets age normally.  I did have a problem with pets not aging which appeared to have been caused by Jase's no adult to elder hack (which isn't compatible with this mod either.)  I removed that and now have this and my pets age and reproduce with no problems.
