I just wanted to note that there is a new 64 bit Sims 2: Super Collection on the Mac App Store now and I don't think it is compatiable with the older 32 bit Systems, like wise the Aspyr Versions of the Body Shop and the Package Installer are 64 bit and are not compatiable with the older 32 bit versions.

But now The Sims 2 is alive and well on the Mac for a long time in the future. Yay! So when I do finally upgrade to 64bit I can play the Sims 2, now how about the Sims 2 Castaways Stories and the other Stories games?

I haven't used this mod, but I'd think the ones you can call are the ones available in the neighborhood. By default, 3 maids are made. If you have mods that reduce the amount of NPCs made (nospawnNPC mods, noredundancy, and possibly others), then only the available NPCs would show.

wow, ideally this would be one of my favorite mods, but.. I really dreamed of such a fashion, but after downloading and trying it out, I was upset - you still can call only those NPCs that are from the "main hood", in other cases, it answers (in my case with belladonna Cove) Andrea Shin. if I just hire a cleaner (Maxis) - everytime answers for call Samantha Larrea.

is it really impossible to do this with hiring from other "hoods"?  Sad

Thanks Smiley

I have posted part 1 of the newest chapter (86), but it's for the moment without pictures. Not quite done with the second part, and the third might have to wait a while.

Some late new due to the Christmas festivities.

Snarf updated earlier last year :

Rio bodyshape with Mila shoes

Snarf and me are also wishing to convert Sims 4 shoes to Sims 2. But at this point myself managed to convert Sims 4 clothes to Sims 2.

The following is at LizCrea Sims 2 Workshop section only for those wishing to effectively train after tutorials. It's a PDF with additional necessary stuff to appy each step one by one.

I was a user back in 2009. I forgot my login info and have since gotten a new email, so here I am.  tongue

My name is Lyss and I'm 23 years old.

I recently got a new computer and decided to pick up Sims 2 again after... years. I don't have any friends who play The Sims 2 so I'm open to making some online friends.

Since it's been so long I feel like a new player. If anyone could recommend some good places to get CC I'm all ears.

Please feel free to say hello. I don't bite!

Your question was mostly answered by HobbesED, but I want to add LeeFish.nl, Simlogical.com and Simbology.com to the places that have CC. LeeFish.nl is the home of BoilingOil's mods as well as some other cc by others, also of note on LeeFish.nl is a thread that has Updates of Sims[1-4] content online, http://www.leefish.nl/mybb/forumdisplay.php?fid=58 very handy it is. Simlogical.com is the site for Inge Jones' mods and Simbology has TwoJeff's mods as well as mods by ChristianLov and AncientHighway and others as well.

I really enjoy reading your story and I read everything from the beginning to more or less your current post, I am looking forward to your new installments on the story when you get to it.

Take care and be well.
