Hello! Okay here's my problem:
The only CC that is showing up in game is hair, however, I just downloaded eyes and makeup. I only have the base game (no deluxe or anything) I've tried resetting the CC option, exiting the game, and EVERYTHING.Yes, it IS in the downloads folder. Any reasons why this is happening?

Thanks!!

put them in your Saved Sims folder and see if they show up.

But don't subfolder them for basegame only. Also you should make sure that Downloads has a capital D and SavedSims has capital Ss. If in doubt, run bodyshop, create a sim and import it into the game so that you have Downloads and SavedSims folders created for you.

Thanks for the suggestions...however...it didn't work...It's not on a sim, it just random CC that has been uploaded to this site. When I go into Create a Sim, none of the CC shows up for options except the custom hair....

(I really do appreciate you guys trying to help!!)

*edit*

I found the reason some of it's not uploading....(I think) The files that won't upload are RAR files, how do I change that? Or make them work in the game?

.rar files are compressed files, just as .zip files are. So you have to extract the content from them just as you would .zip files. That extracted content is what goes into your game, not the .rar files themselves.

There are many fine RAR de-compression and extraction tools around. My own favorite (free, too) it 7-zip (which will also handle .zip files for you):
