poses help please ???

Right  i have poses boxes including
JD Loading Screen
Custom Modeling Poses Overlay Hack V2 w/Face Overlays

i was just wondering,how you do couple poses like this
i found this pictures , can't remember where




Is there some sort of hack or something ?
anytime i get my sims that close using the modeling hack, they disappear
even though I'm using that grid line off cheat

i really need to improve
so please help me

I have about 20 pose boxes and I love to combine poses. You have to try. It's ggod fun!!!
