For those who want the bills but not the mailbox, there's a workaround here until such time these ones get fixed

I previously resorted to moving the mailbox to a place the mailman couldnt deliver mail to, but the repo men still came (and sadly you cant trap them and make them die lie in Sims 1

Great work on the new mailbox. It makes my townhouses look better.

If you want to stop the bills and the repo man, all you have to do is use the "boolprop testingcheatsenabled" and shift-click the maxis mailbox. Force an error on the mailbox, and when the error window pops-up, click "Delete". I've played my main storyline that way and never seen a repoman or mailman.... except the one time my sim was chatting on the computer and the repo man 'signed on'. Guess he was testing his "new" computer, hahaha.
