well have you installed them on your you EA games folder, you should open the sims 2 folder and make a folder called "Downloads" make sure the d is capital then if you did that and thedownloads arent showing you should click on enable custom content but if that also doesnt work make sure you didnt delete any of the built in neighbor hoods like for eg: pleasantville if its deleted you cannot access any of the downloads in CAS

Done that. They were working before I got seasons. Now they won't show up!

And they show up in CAS, just not the buymode/buildmode.

Did you remember to enable them in your game options? Whenever you get a new expansion pack, you have to enable them because they get automatically disabled when you install it.

And you restarted the game afterwards? That's probably a stupid question, but if you did restart the game after enabling downloads, then I have no idea why they aren't showing up.
