Yes.  The easiest way is with Theo's Color Binning plugin for SimPE.

i was wondering about this too... but my color binning tool is all slow and making me hulk angry.  and i can't find the tutorial on madame mims site.  isnt there just a delightful way to drag and drop?  <------ (hopeful and probably silly question)
