I'm not sure if it's even possible to use that program for Sims facial modding... if it was, I would think you'd have to replace a default face file in order to use it, though.  I could be wrong, though... :dontknow:

to answer your question - no.  The mesh used in The Sims 2 for the face is a static model hard-coded into the game that (at this time) you cannot significantly alter in terms of mapping or poly count, the shape changes made to the face mesh in Body Shop and CAS are of a similar nature to what the software you link does to make shape changes, but the software you link uses a different mesh and mapping.  At best, you might be able to use the software to make a make-up or skintone face texture that might (no promises here) be suitable for import into the game, I wouldn't bet on it.

Hello, everyone. To As of today, using Facegen has become possible, but I've encountered a problem I don't understand. On sims forums there are face templates from Sims 2 for FaceGen. However, for some reason that is unclear to me, my results in the game are different from what I manage to achieve in the Facegen program. Perhaps some of you know how to solve this problem? Sorry for any mistakes, I don't know English and I am using a translator to compose this text.
