Taxis and shuttles don't stop!! Please help!!

Alright so I fixed the CC problem I had in my previous post, but now I have a new problem. When I call a shuttle to go on vacation, it pulls up to my house and then pulls away without even stopping. I'm not sure how to fix this because at this point in time my sims can't leave the house. Can someone please help??  :angryfir:

Did you visit first the all three vacation hoods? Did you redecorate the hotels and the com lots there? Did you prepare a vacation lot, which the sim can buy and stay when in vacation?

Only after that, click on your sim, choose "real estate", buy a vacation lot. Then click on your sim again, choose "vacation", and choose the bought lot, or another com lot.

also- you may want to check for updates to any of the hacks that you have in your game.  

And don't forget the patch
