Red Flashing Houses after Patch Intallation.

I just installed the newest patch for BV because I saw that if I installed it it may help my game load a resort that kept freezing on me. But now my game has a tendency to terminate or if I go into the neighborhoods the houses will be flashing red and will be getting dragged around the neighborhood by cars.
-Is there any way I can uninstall just the patch? Huh?

No sorry, you will need to uninstall and reinstall the ep.

Some mods needed updates for them to work properly with the BVpatch2, make sure the ones you are using are not in need of updates.
