How do I get my Sims snapshots out of the game?

I know this is a very newbie question but I was wondering if anyone could tell me how I could get my snapshots into photoshop so I could then upload them to photobucket and THEN post some on here. I have some with great expressions that I would love to share. Also some houses I have downloaded and redecorated that I would love to share also.

The snapshots go into the storytelling folder in your Neighbourhood folder in My Documents > EA Games > The Sims 2.

So it's My Doc> EA Games > The Sims 2 > Neighbourhood > whichever neighbourhood your snapshots are in > storytelling.
