question about the sims 3

are there alien abductions in the sims 3 just like the one in the sims 2?

I don't think so. I had a Sim stargaze all night, but you know what? I'll look around in the game code and see if there is such a thing and get back to you later with the answer.

I haven't successfully staged an abduction, though I've tried quite a bit; however, in the newspaper my sims have read about the Strangetown disease showing up in town. Sims will also chat about spaceships. A future EP, maybe?

Okay, I took the opportunity to scour through the game files and came across nothing to indicate the game has alien abduction or aliens included with Sims 3.

So, in short, no. It is not possible to get your Sim abducted or have your Sim see aliens in the game despite the fact you can put colored skintones on your Sims (blue, green, red, etc to look otherworldly).

Maybe an EP in the future might include them as well other supernatural beings like vampires..

that would be cool!!! i like to abducted by aliens on the sims 2 and have and raise a alien family.
