You're right, they won't be around forever.....in fact, if the sources I've read are correct, they'll be disbanding within the next few years once Till turns 50, which is coming up fast, seeing as he's already 47.

So, onto the....wait, tickets sold out 30 minutes after they went up for sale and I didn't find out about the concert until the day after the show was apparently announced. (Note to self: Go to YouTube December 12th.) I'll go get my passport to see them live overseas. Two birds taken down with one stone: Getting to see one of my favorite bands live and going to a foreign country.

Now it's a race between Fable 3 and Elder Scrolls 4 GOTY Edition.

Just finished baking cookies and cleaning up the incidentals of said operation, anyone want some? *holds out plate of chipless chocolate chip cookies* It's the only way my son likes them and now that he's in school, I can indulge in another hobby. Baking!

@Paden- like everywhere.  I fled to other sites, then I left the community, moved to college and now I'm like bored half the time and my friends were talking about sims 2 vs. S3 and I was like "hey- wanna see my content?" and I wound up back here on a new computer without my sims 2 games.  I haven't bought TS3 though.  Not sure if it's worth it.

@Paden Oh my favorite! I love chocolate chip cookies but only without the chips too...glad I'm not the only one. *Sniffles, then eats Padens comfort cookies*  I wanted my Christmas tree up by now, I usually try to have it up by October 31st.  Blame my Mom she used to make me wait till Christmas eve which drove me nuts with anticipation, so now I'm usually a first one up last tree down kind of person.  Heck I'd keep it up all year but everyone else says no   .

tallsimsfan77, I hope you will get your Sims 2 game back and start making more cool things. I wondered if young people did drift away as school and/or love moved into their real life. I am glad you drifted back.

Paden, I do love to bake and unfortunately, eating what I bake. I have been craving choc. chip cookies.
I am the kind of cook who thinks 'more is better' and wind up putting in everything but the kitchen sink. But, I have also catered to my kids who prefer 'less or none'.

I'm good Nonni despite this bad cold.  My poor lil one caught a touch of it but thankfully it is mild for her and the worst of it lasted her only one day (well the worst was over by midday gratefully)--I'll chalk that up to the helpful immunity protection of nursing.

Actually was just rereading the epic fail of the Walt fiasco (which made me laugh) and searching for a real live photo of a spam turkey for thanksgiving .

Anyone up for candied spam snacks?
