WCIF this short female hair?

This cute hair is packaged with this sim, but I cannot download the sim because it requires EP data I don't have. I have searched the Hair Gallery and cannot find the hair anywhere.

The Clean Install screenshot the creator uploaded lists the description of the hair as "peggy/nouk/ama" if that helps. If you find a retexture with Nouk or Pooklet's texture that would be amazing, but the original hair is good too. Thanks!

Have you just tried installing the items on the sim with clean installer?  All you need to do is uncheck all of the other stuff that you don't need and leave the mesh and texture checked, then click the Install button.

I am on a Mac so I can't use clean installer. It's very sad.

It's a peggy hair style. I know that much. Just gotta find which mesh that one is. Why can't Peggy just put one number in all her files?  
Seriously, it's one number on the site, and inside the file it's a completely different one. Well, I'll find it.

Ah, okay.    Then, it looks like you may want to check out Peggyzone for the mesh (or Sims Cave (registration required)... booty seems to be defunct at the moment Nevermind... Booty Link)  Haven't found the texture in particular yet, but I'm thinking it's either on someone's LJ or GoS.  (Hopefully, for your sake, the former one.)
