I hoping someone can help me with this.I have been looking for this particular outfit for weeks and had no luck...none what so ever,anyway here the picture

Don't know where to find that particular outfit, but to aid others:

Going by the credits listed for the CC used, one of the possible creators of said outfit could be:

MYOS, Aug, Stefen, TK, Kangbkl, Tifa, Rapgirl, Ella, Calvin Cao, Raon, Peggy, Zanki, or AvikaPang

All of this found via the URL in the image posted.

I believe the outfit is by Rapgirl, if I'm not mistaken.  I've seen similar outfits by her around in a couple of updates threads around the community, but I've never come across any download links quite yet.  I'll be sure to keep an eye out if I do.

You must register to download, though, and the site is in Vietnamese. There seems to be instructions in English so hopefully you can get at least the tights. There seem to be only 3 pages of downloads so maybe you can look through the rest of the posts, see if you can find it.
