WCIF this cool Japanese hair?

I was looking through Pam Finchy's photos on Flickr, and I came across this.
I am almost positive that is a sim, but I can't tell for sure, but since most of her pictures are of sims.
So if that IS a sim, where can I find that lovely hair? If not, does anyone know where I can find hair like that?

It is a sim, but the hair is pretty photoshopped from what I can tell, especially on the left side of the picture.  Looks like a hair brush edit of one of Rose's donation hairs that can also be found in the booty or Sims Cave (registration required for latter link).

That's what I was afraid of. I've gotten excited over way too many sims with shopped hair. D:
But that you for finding the other hair, it does look pretty close. : D
