This was a request by SEANPEARSE1234. It is a large home with a building in front for a home business and a small house in the back for the maid and other employees to sleep.

It's not really decorated so whoever uses it in their game can put their own personal touches on it.

No custom content was used.

Summary:

4 or 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms
Small one bedroom house in back
Two car garage
Home business in front
House surrounded by fence with a gate to keep customers from watching your TV and eating your food
Unfurnished (except for a couple of toilets and that kind of thing)
5x4 lot
132K
OFB required

Details:

Main House:

Ground floor:
Living Room w/fireplace
Dining Room
Kitchen
Master Bedroom
Study/Office off of Kitchen
1.5 baths

Upstairs:
Three bedrooms (the two front bedrooms have little balconies)
Small room, could be a nursery
2 full baths
Sitting area

It has a large basement that you can add walls to to make rooms.

Swimming pool with fountain
Large deck
Flower garden (I have to admit that I'm really not the best landscape architect, so don't expect much)

Maids' Quarters:
One bedroom that can hold three single beds
Living room with kitchenette (microwave and undercounter fridge)
Bathroom with shower

Business:
Medium-sized main room
Employee breakroom/office in the back
Bathroom with toilet and sink

If you plan to download a lot of custom items from here or anywhere else, you should learn how to use .rar files.
