Yes the body comes with the skintones, you need to also download the "MESHES" files.

These are compatible with Crammyboy's hack - else I wouldn't bother making barbie nude meshes

You need to use these skintones when creating the sims, else the bodyshape won't apply.
But they'll still revert to the regular body shape when going to work, since they'll  use the maxis default work outfits.
