I just built a new house for one of my single mothers.
You get a nice view of the beach when you walk in...
Make a right and you're in the kitchen..
Left is the dining room..
Sun room/ Lounge area
One door in the room leads to the garage which can be used for storage..
The other door leads you outside...
Living room
Master bedroom (two views)....
The kids room...
Extra room...
Family bathroom (two views)....
I hope you like it!

Ooo SamLee, I will be checking that out! Great work!! I have a tough time building Craftsman houses, unless I have a house plan.
ParadiseCity, I love that house. Give me windows, I love natural light! It is cute and you put alot of thought in it's design. Good job!
I made a new beach lot, for my self-sim and hubby. I will be uploading here in a few minutes. All maxis, no CC. Proud of myself, teehee!
I am still trying to build a suitable modern lot for myself.
I took Nazariopilar's minimal house design and built this one. Changed the rooms to my liking.

. I play Pleasantview with 2 extra downtowns. I just started building beach lots for Bluewater, but I am thinking of adding another sub neighborhood. Want to try out a new custom neighborhood I downloaded.

Here is a picture of my too big of a house. Lol. I haven't taken any pictures on the lot yet because I got tired. It took a loooong time to build + decorate it. Here is a neigborhood shot. ( I was Lazy.)

Haha. That's so strange, I just started putting sims in bluewater as well, as an extra downtown! xD
I never play the default one, and I'm too lazy to start a new neighbourhood, so it's just as handy to start over in a sub hood. I need more starter houses though. Your beach lots are amazing!
