Thanks, Jenna. Actually, I was considering doing that for a house I built on a 1x1 lot - it was compact, useable and came with this uber basement. Best part - no CC and under 20,000! I was this close to packaging it! On Sunday I'll post a pic of it and you guys can tell me what you think.
P.S It was themed "London" - you know, like the million pound houses that look like flats in Notting Hill? The shiny white ones with 2 floor tile balconies?

Hah, I love the challenge of doing 1x1 houses that both are useable and look nice. I've done several myself, and even uploaded one a long while back.

Well if you ever find it, Sis, and want to send it along, be my guest. My own searches haven't turned up *bleep* yet. On the bright side though, Seasons comes with a parsol and some nifty tables that'd work as an alterntive.

...and that's damn beautiful work, Sis. Little over done for a farmhouse though, isn't it?
