I did the same thing, diesel!  Sometimes I let them go, most times not!
Sorry, didn't mean to make everyone sad, I just wanted to say bye to Herb Oldie. I really liked him more when I changed him to popularity, it's hard to make a elder romance sim happy, when they have to potty and sleep so much.  Plus he was too lazy to keep up the routine.  Sad thing about it, I had to work hard to get Coral and him to fall back in love. After that she only had him for another 4 sim days, before it was his time.

I hope this doesn't make everyone cry.  Diedre Love had a long, good life and was in platinum when she died.
She loved her grandkids and greatgrandkids, so much.


She raised 3 of the grandkids while her daughter Honey worked. Almost forgot to get a nanny when she died!

This was a sad moment for the family, Diedre's boyfriend included. BJ is in the green striped top.

After the repast they kicked up their heels in her honor. Slapdance everyone!

With the insurance proceeds, they were able to get a new Hummer.

Yep, Sliim, the cat keeps curling up by her bed.  I don't know Dollie (the cat), could look at her picture on the table, but she would just stand there staring at it. I was too moved to get a pic of it. But it was time, cause the family was at a stand still. Time goes on, even in the sims game.

He was practice romance for charisma then, she just stood there admiring him.

Well one of my "Special"s have grown to elder. Papa Vincent is now up there with my self-sim and her husband. Sorry Sliim, I had to age them.

Maxis generated look, will show updates to his look when I play the lot and the wife has a birthday. Vicca will be and elder in 6 days.

Vincent says he may have snow on the roof, but a roaring fire in the basement. Vicca agrees, LOL!

I know, it is sad a little. He still has a lot of life in him, and he won't be dying anytime soon. He's cool.
