i hope someone can help me here, its weird. its not that my CC isnt showing up at all. alot of my clothes are showing and working fine but i noticed that after i downloaded an outfit from Tenshii~Akari, that her outfit wouldn't show up in CC. the mesh shows up just fine but her outfit wont.

so i deleted the file out of my Downloads folder and reinstall it, still didn't show up. and when i decided to see what the issue was, i noticed that some of my outfits before hand were doing the same thing. its not the mesh or her CC.

the problem pretty much is: my newest CC aditions are not showing up in the game, their mesh will show up and if its a set, maybe one or two outfits but other than that they dont appear. could someone help?

Try deleting your groups.cache, accessory.package and cigen.package.

if that does not help, remove your download folder, start the game then quit, place back your downloads folder, restart the game, re-enable cc, quit the game and restart it once last time.

Which outfit would that happen to be, Snoopy?  I'd like to know so I can make sure it's working right or properly labeled.

The cigen.package file can be found in My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2

In addition to all the folders in there, you should see the following: Accessory.cache, cigen.package, ContentRegistry and Groups.cache. It's safe to delete all but ContentRegistry (honestly, I have no idea if that's safe to delete or not, which is why I leave it alone)

You only have a cigen.package if you start bodyshop.  If you never opened bodyshop it is normal you do not have a cigen.package.

As for the clothes problem, do you have both the mesh and recolors so it will show properly?  If you never did before, you could use Delphy's download organiser tool that can be found at MTS2.  With it you can categorize your downloads, scan for duplicates and orphans.

When you add or remove a lot of cc in your game, make it a habit to delete the groups.cache file once you are done, it will always be regenated and will help avoiding that kind of issues in the future.  I would not personally suggest to delete the content registry file since I am unsure if it will regenarate or not.
