EA never sent my game hint

This may not be the right place to ask, but I've contacted EA and they asked for more info, and I still haven't gotten my hint.  It's happened once before that I didn't get my hint, but they sent it by the next day.  I bought Free Time the day it came out, and I still don't have my hint.   :K

Second what Valasia said.  Most of the game hints they send you is common sense stuff either way.  :lol:  So you aren't missing anything important.

The new cheat is.
modifyNeighborhoodTerrain [on/off]  
Modify Nhood terrain: [= Raise, ]=lower, \=level, p=Smooth terrain  

Here is the EA hint I got for registering the game.
HERE’S YOUR GAME HINT OR CHEAT CODE:

Combine aspiration rewards for even bigger boosts. For example, if your Sim is wearing a Thinking Cap and feeds Smart Milk to their Toddler, the Toddler builds skill four times as fast.
