I have added an "unfurnished" version of this house as a RAR file; the original file is 69.25 MB (72,617,378 Bytes) - the unfurnished file retains only flooring, terrain paints, windows, door, and walls and is 3.02 MB (3,174,177 bytes) - the unfurnished file still requires University and Seasons EPs.
