- Introduces compatibility with all Expansion Packs from Nightlife through Apartment Life (prior version only worked on FreeTime and nothing else)
- Adds ability to ride the taxi even when you don't have enough money, by putting the family funds into the negative
- Adds charge for the taxi ride back home (enabled by default)
- Adds charge for the taxi ride to a University Secret Society lot (enabled by default)
- Adds charge for the taxi ride to a vacation getaway (enabled by default)
- Adds separate configuration file _CONFIG, for easier version updates
- Adds ability to choose which cost MOD (modification) you desire
- Adds MOD-COST.TXT to help would-be hackers write their own cost MODs

The charge is usually either related to the distance between the source & destination lots or is a flat rate fee for each trip.
* You must download a "cost MOD" or else the hack will have no effect and just cause an error preventing you from riding any taxi!
