This floor thingy....

Hi, everyone....
I'm just wondering about one thing....I was downloading some stuff when i noticed that the floor is shiny and reflective in all those object download pics. I tried finding some game mod or something that will make my floor look like that, but i haven't found a thing.
So I'm wondering is there some Game setting to mark, or is that a mod to be downloaded from somewhere thaht I haven't found...

Help! How to make my floors reflective?

It's reflective flooring, I know TSR has it.

It's not a mod, it nothing more than mirrored flooring.

And, be careful, it can slow your game down.
