thanks for fitting everything in including the helicopter as well as the extra features of the playground and swimming pool it looks like a fab house and i cant wait to start playing it

no problem i prefer to furnish and as its hotel i need to test it first anyway is there any particular custom content you want i have wallpaper, sofa, elevator and some other bits and pieces

well i dont have ofb so no elevater. err but i think im going to get ofb soon so ill get back to u on that. but for now, stairs are fine i can always add in elevators if i do get ofb. and i dont really mind what kind of custom content, i just prefer it over maxis made stuff.
