ok im taking requests for houses at the minute if anyone would like one
i can pretty much work off most plans or ideas some examples of my work are:

from a floor plan:




from a description e.g
looking for a lot to hold a couple needs 1 bedroom with on-suite possibly with open plan kitchen, dining and living room. woul like a garage and i would prefer it to be fully-furnished.
or:
small house for couple with a garage and pool preferably on a small lot






above also shows i like decorating and my skills in it

i can also build from a front view of a house if you have one just be sure to mention the rooms you want:happy8:

i also like to create hotels and community lots hopefully i will be able to post pictures of those at some point

If you could? Unfurnished, one garage, two stories with a den, kitchen, three bedroom (including a master bedroom), kitchen and living room? Three bathrooms. If possible, larger rooms too - it's for a Legacy and pictures are to be taken. It's hard in small rooms. XD If not, it's all okay. D:

i was woundering if you could please make these requests for me:
i apologise as this is a long and detailed list (im very,very picky)

firstly this house:

wow thats a lot of lots
firstly i cant start till tuesday sorry
i hopefully should finish the house wednesday (possible tuesday or thursday)
the cafe/bar i will hopefully finish friday (possible thursaday or over the weekend)
the hotel looks amazing and for me to do any type of justice is going to take a while so i will proberbly need down time and possibly other houses built and maybe actually getting round to playing al so i cant really tell you when ill finish really rough (prob before the 15th of sep) it hopefully wont be any later

alright now my questions do you want the whole house furnished, what eps do you have and bar the elevator do you want cc?

yes i would prefer the whole house furnished though its ok if you dont do the bedrooms or kitchen
sorry forgot i have eps up to AL and no stuff packs
i prefer limited cc so no more than 10 if you must 15 pieces please(including elevator i would be ok with a little moe cc for the hotel)

and if the lots are only half way to what i want i will definetley post here again (i am a rubbish builder and decorator i did try to build the hotel but i realised 5 mintues in i had no where near the skills to get it anywhere close to what i wanted) i couldn't decide if i liked your lots best or  andrewplay599 so i decided to try to equally give you different lots and see what you come up with and dont worry ive already nearly got together another house i want so i will request again soon:tongue8:
