AL : Becoming a witch problem

Hello Everybody, Umm just wondering... Why isn't my sim getting the option to ask a witch to teach my sim to become a witch. I Had been friends with a lot of witches. Both of the bar lines are 100 full, yet still no option to become a witch... Why's this? Help please. Thank you!

Make sure that your LTW is very high as well.

I'm trying to remember how high, I'd like to say 25.

umm what's LTW.. im sorry.. i really dont know what it means.. if it's the bottom bar.. my bottom bar in relationships is 100 and my upper is also 100... but nothing still.. Sad

LTW= Life Time Want

Just hover your mouse over the Aspiration Bar, it'll show you what it is.

Here's a list, but it does not include Apartment Life.
