Oh!! I usually only have one instrument in a Sims' home, and it's always a "small" one. I usually don't put a "large" instrument in a Sims' house. I will try all the instruments out seperately and several together as in a band situation and will let you know the outcome...

O.K...I just realized the "BOB" and the violin didn't have the "join" option so I see why you didn't include them with "the band". On a lot with four Sims I maxed their needs except for the "fun" and placed all the instruments in front of them..they all made a beeline for the "BOB", I took it away and for 3 Sim hours they complained but didn't touch an instrument..including the violin, I directed one to "practice" on the drums, he did and the others watched..I stopped that action and directed him to "perform" on the drums, he did and then the others each took up a "band" instrument and joined in on their own...Hope this helps...:smile:

THANK YOU!!! I've just about given up hiring nannies because all they want to do is bang on the drums all day - and leave the babies starving and screaming on the bathroom floor, in their own filth. They're worse than useless! This'll fix 'em though! HA! Thanks again, and I'm glad to see you back!
