How do you convert a regular Sim into a Townie?

I was wondering if anyone knew how to turn a regular CAS sim into a townie... ingame... and not by using Simpe?

Is there a special hack? Can you do it via boolprop?

Or can it be done via the insimenator?

I use this to turn CAS sims into townies:

It's the plant ( or shrub as it's called lol) about half way down the page with the blue flowers. There's other things there as well you can use. Just read what the website says about them, and you should be fine!

I know you can also do it with the InSIMenator's Family Tree.  ("Remove from household as townie" option)

Jessi, when you go to simlogical, get the transporter cat!! That is what I use to make my CAS sims to townies.
