I find the landlord irritating adn cannot figure out why the same apartment building has different landlords for each tenant. More spawning NPCs to slow my game down. Thanks EAxia!

You can use the antiredundacy mod from Pescado at MATY. That helps keep the number of NPCs for each category down to a minimum of 1 - Unsavory Charlatan, Baristas and so on.

Brilliant, all my one did was annoy people and then laugh that awful laugh with that awful voice which I quickly changed in SimPe...now he will bugger off and haunt someone else for a change.....thanks love this.

I hate the landlords. I wish we had a hack to stop them coming around at all. And the ordering pizza (sometimes more than once in the same day) and then farting about is real "bite ya knuckles" irritating.

Anyway thanks for this. At least we can get rid of them for a while.
