has anyone got a good layout for making a custom dorm in the sims 2 uni

I could probably do this since I make all of my own dorms, although, I'm smack in the middle of a move right now so it might take me a couple weeks to get it to ya.

Do you need just the layout or the whole kit-and-caboodle with it?

Someone else might be able to do this for you sooner. I can try to send something off to you anyway in the next couple of weeks.

Honestly, I have never uploaded anything so this would be a first.

I started making an 8 room dorm with a rec area, break room, announcement area, and an RA office. I also put it on a bigger sized lot so you can expand if you want to. Sound all right? Anything else you want included as I go?

i wold like it to be on a medium lot
i wiould like it to have:
8 dorms
a cafeteria
an entertainment room
a comunial area on each floor
please put in stair cases, doors and windows but no furniture
please make the dorms at least 6 x 6 tiles each and bath rooms on each floor
please do not use any custom content

I am so sorry about the wait, dolding.

This holiday season and me moving has really kept me busy. I will try to get this to you by the new year. I already have a floor plan for you. I just need to do the fine tuning and the upload for ya.

I have been so busy I haven't been able to sit down and breathe, let alone build your dormitory. But, finally, I was able to sit down and create one for you, even better than my first draft of the dorm.

All I am waiting for is the link to where I can find instructions to uploading items.

Whew!! Made it. Even though it took awhile, Kinnika Hall is finally here.

It has everything you asked for. It doesn't include the plants and trees. I left that for you to decorate as you would like. It's just for show.

First level includes: Cafeteria (lower left), entertainment room, bathrooms, and common area on the first level, including place for announcements, bulliten boards, etc when you first walk in.

Second level includes 8 dorm rooms, bathrooms, and somewhat sectioned off common area (also a good area to hang posters, announcements, etc).

Just in case you don't know about these cheats, they are really helpful in hanging things diagonally:
