hey all.... is it possible to rezone a lot... I mean.. i downloaded a water front/beach side casino ( the front of it is on land and the back of it is in sand and water.. this is the one im talking about..

i cant get it in the water... i would like to rezone the lot and make it into a beach lot.. is this possible???

As my game does not include capability for beach lots, can only offer a guess.
Try placing the lot (don't populate the lot yet), then bulldoze it and re-place it and see if it takes then.

lol... ive trie that, but than its not in the water...as half of the lot is in water for it to be swimable .... but thanx for tring
