Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Discussion / Why Did You Get The Sims 2 And +
|

I never had the complete Sims 1 collection...
When Sims 2 came out I bought it the day it came out as I did love Sims in general so much. I own all Sims 2 expansion packs up to date. I could never uninstall any expansion no matter how much I dislike it as I love being able to have all options at my finger tips if or when I need them.
Same goes for Sims 3. I'm looking so forward to it. I'll definitly be buying the collectors edition and I'll definitly be buying all expansion packs aswell. I'm not much of a complainer and never really complained or noticed many of the bugs in the Sims 2 and it's expansions, so it doens't really bother me. As long as they bring out a patch, it's all sweet.

Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Help / Building Question
|
on: November 16, 2008, 02:40:41 am

Uh, I'm sorry. I meant this one...
2) physically attached to the house, with steps leading up from the garage floor to the house proper?
I have it attached with only the last square of floor missing (as I cannot fully attach/connect it) and it shows a wall panel but it's slanted on one of the sides...
Hope that this makes more sence.

Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Help / Building Question
|
on: November 15, 2008, 10:27:17 pm
|
Hello... again!
I've been playing sims for so long and I ask as many questions for help as a n00b but it just goes to show that I haven't been very creative and am now exploring my creative side... Whee!
Anyway!..... I'm in the middle of buildng a house... This house is lined with decking to lift it from the ground, however the car garage is not going to have decking but I want to connect it to the house. Due to the fact that the walls are lifted from the decking, it won't let me connect the walls...
I have downloaded houses which have had what I want to do but I've never known or learnt how to do it.
Hopefully someone can help me soon.
Thanks!

Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Help / University Family Bin?
|
on: November 11, 2008, 07:58:46 pm

Well, I found that I didn't get the 'move in' option either. So what I did was, when I invited the daughter back to the house, I used the InSIMenator to change her back into a teenager. I found that this worked.

Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Help / University Family Bin?
|
on: November 09, 2008, 02:34:28 am

Hey everyone!
I have a Sim who is stuck in the University Family Bin. I want to know how to move her into the Neighborhood Family Bin.
It seems that I have something that is crashing my University expansion as when I tried to move my Sim into a dorm, it simply wouldn't load.
Anyway, I was sure that there was a way to directly move my sim from one family bin to another...
If anyone knows how to do this, PLEASE share!!!
Thank you!

Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Help / UPDATED: Object Error Files
|
on: September 16, 2008, 12:29:45 am
|
Yeah, true. I have a LOT of custom content, it's not funny.
I will upload all my Object Errors and hopefully some really smart people can help me with any serious conflicks that I need to resolve asap.
I changed deleted both fridges I had in my sims house and replaced it with another fridge (both being Maxis fridges) and that restocked the fridge.
NOW, when my sim tries to make a dish it comes up with an error and is now not allowing me to make food. Grr!
Please find attached my entire Object Error log AND I have put up the single Object Error file that doesn't allow my sim to cook...
Hopefully someone can help me.
Thanks.
