i would really like these old simply elau skins defaulted.

Push Up Light- S1
Push Up Tan- S2

These are basically maxis skintone based, But they add the pushup affect for females.

i'd like marriage/engagement to be made autonomous between two sim lovers, if that's possible. i have a girl sim living at home, i think it would be adorable if her boyfriend purposed to her autonomously.

as for expansions i have all, up to m&g

with all stuff packs excluding ffs and gls. thanks.

edit: i think i'd like this to be an interaction made autonomous for the man only, but if you can do both genders that is fine as well.

yes, i'm using the mansion and gardens disk.

there's no problems with cache files because i completely removed the sims  2 folder before starting the game. the game is supposed to open and generate new files in it's spot, but it won't.


i actually did install direct x 10 recently.. i'll try uninstalling and see what happens.

when i try to start the sims 2, with all expansions. everything up to mansion & garden stuff, i get a red x popup box, with no text. what is this error, and how do i get my game to start?

what i did was i installed direct x 10 last night, but i think i already had that installed so it should not have messed up my game. i then installed the latest drivers for my video card and my game wouldn't start at all.

now i've done a system restore, and i get a red x popup box when trying to load the game.

i uninstalled mansion and garden stuff, and apartment life and reinstalled but i kept getting the same error. since the system restore didn't do anything, i've restored my computer back to its original state.

with the error still occurring.

help?

the first post took me at least ten minutes to read. i'm not mad because the sims 3 is 'plain'. i don't like the way the game plays. unless they're going to take out the seamless neighborhood and the bad camera in a future expansion pack, i am not interested.

they really screwed the pooch on the sims 3. i was expecting better.
not looking forward to the oncoming expansion.
my excitement for new sims series games coming out has vanished for good, as long as they continue working on the sims 3.

does this have the same day adoption service integrated into it?
i'm asking because i need to know if i should delete my same day adoption service package or not.

yeah, i've looked at inteenimator and insimenator as well. i didn't see anything that was 'extend pregnancy to..'
or something like that.
is there an existing global mod that edits the pregnancy duration at all? i guess i can't be sure how 4 or 5 days would work too well, considering pregnancy comes in 3 stages only. though it could be spread out.
like,
1st day: some pregnancy symptoms
2nd day: more throwing up, less comfort.
3rd day: starts showing (1st stage)
4th day: 1st stage still.
5th day: 2nd (final) big belly stage.
and then birth on the 6th day?

maybe i'd have to request this. if i could figure how to do it myself, (in the least painful way possible) i would gladly do it.

i have been looking all over mts2 and a few other websites, and i'm pretty sure it exists already. if it doesn't, i would be VERY surprised that no one has thought of it yet.
that's impossible though, i'm sure haha.
anyways, i'm looking for a longer pregnancy hack for the sims 2. i remember a pregnancy hack being made after only a few weeks of the sims 3 being out.
i'm looking for any, really. pregnancy that extends 4-5 days (not too long) instead of the default 3 days would be perfect.

hm, alright. those are some good ideas. they aren't that much of a pain in the ass to play, i just thought it would be convenient.
the needs in particular are just hunger and energy.

that is weird.. i have no memory of making this request. i really hope it wasn't just a few days ago. i must've been sleeping or something. must be something wrong with me, hmm.
anyways, uhh.
thank you guys for the information and links. i know it is not impossible to play pregnant sims, it is hard. but i'd just like the motive decay to be lessened so that i DON'T have to play them or worry about them much.
