i was browsing snooty sims (no idea why), and i saw there was some sort of option to read children to sleep? the thread is here: http://snootysims.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=28532 but squinge i was wondering if you could look into it? people are saying that when they try the option it doesn't work, but sims do it autonomously. do you think the interaction could be enabled?

i was watching an old sims 2 nightlife producer walkthrough, and i noticed that the 'hit on' interaction was enabled on every sim, unconditionally. just as a separate action. (they took that out, obviously) as i know there is ACR, and 'hit on' is in the flirt interactions, do you think you could try enabling it as a separate action, squinge? i would really appreciate it. you don't have to do both requests, if it's too much trouble. i know that you do have other requests to fulfill. you are a good man though, squinge.

i do in fact think it was the puddle.package that was causing the problem. the reason, because don lothario was a sloppy sim taking a shower. that means he needs to generate puddles (from the whole peeing in the shower thing), but the puddles.package was making that corrupt somehow. my other 'neat' male sims did not disappear in the shower, neither did nina caliente. (she moved into his house).

alright, but i'm not trying to initiate ACR in any way. just clicking on another sim forces an object error.
it's not only the leaf bed. it happens on other lots, too.
my sims are resetting like crazy, and i'm trying to figure out why.

so should i delete acr then? or should i delete the leaf pile bed? it's not cs that i'm playing. it's a cs object i downloaded into my regular sims 2 game.

no, you see. inteen's flavor packs HAVE to conflict with inteenimator B in order to work. inteen is not the problem. i do wish it were that simple, though.

nothing seems to be conflicting besides the inteen with itself

sorry, i think you misunderstood. i'm not playing in castaway stories. i'm playing in regular sims 2. i mean i'm playing in the 'castaway type' lot i set up.

i've deleted the package, and don lothario doesn't disappear and the shower doesn't anymore. but my sims are resetting like crazy. i always seem to have a problem. but i wouldn't blame my game for having these problems, because i do have about 8,000+ downloads right now. i'll be satisfied once i get everything working right, though.

on my 'castaway' lot, i'm receiving an object error when i'm in debug mode. it says 'too many iterations'.
when i'm not in debug mode, the sim just resets. this happens every time i click on another sim.
what could this be ?? 

i'm attaching one of the errors i've recieved. i only get one error per sim. i get more than one if i try clicking on the sim multiple times.
i hope that makes sense?

i do have the tiki bar! that is very weird.

hi, i've been looking around a couple places now, and i'd like to know where i could find the camp fire from castaway stories for my sims 2 game? i don't know if i've seen it before, but maybe someone else has?
i need a campfire for my castaway sims to be able to cook fish, and those fruit ca-bobs or whatever they are.

i think that this error has everything to do with the sim disappearing, because i know that if i removed all my downloads, then entered debug mode etc and did the exact same thing that i wouldn't have an error. i'll try removing those things, though. it makes sense because i do have some careers, and definitely some custom food items i've never downloaded before. i'd never guess that'd be the problem, but i'll test everything and see if my problem persists. but in the meantime, thank you.

i'm completely sure that the problem is just an outdated hack. or possibly more than one. those are the ones i need to find. the only possible outdated hacks i have would be squinges. i search for his old stuff and download it.



EDIT: alright so, here's what i've done. i made nina move in with don (so i could still play after don disappeared in the shower) and i found out that
1. only male sims disappear in the shower. females are fine.
2. i entered debug mode and i saved the game after he disappeared. then i went back to the neighborhood and reloaded the lot.
there was an object error.



and i'm attaching the exact error log.

NOTE: don being a vampire has nothing to do with it. i just changed him into one because i was bored.


there is also something else going on.. ? don and nina keep pointing at nothing and laughing for no reason? i have no idea why. it's annoying though.
