I'd just like this outfit in Teen A-Sm size, with both regular and sexy feet.  But, most importantly, the sexy feet.

I'm sorry, I know this is really off topic () ...

Could you make a mesh where the shoulders were slightly higher than usual, where the neck part was compressed just slightly, as long as the vertexes around the edge of the neck did not move?  Or would it mess up animations or something nasty like that?
(And no, not *you* specifically, *you* as in "is it possible".)
