I had this idea to build this lot for a very long time, but i just could not get motivated to build anything, i just wanted to play my game. well i finally got motivated to build this gorgeous lot. it turned out better than i expected. i have a second version of this lot which i will upload later on. i also have this lot as a resort which i will also upload later Smile there is no cc used on the lot. the lot has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, small gym and small living room. this will need the following to download. the sims 3 supernatural pets island paradise late night world adventures seasons showtime generations university life into the future ambitions diesel high end loft stuff town life outdoor living. so here is the lot from sims 2 strangetown now you can have it in your sims 3 games. i am sure all or most of you will recognize this lot. the book case in the plant room is cc but it is not included, i have replaced it with another bookcase from the game.

This lot requires all sims 3 expansion packs and stuff packs right up to seasons. 70', 80's & 90's stuff pack is not needed as i do not have it yet. this lot has
3 bedrooms
3 bathrooms
laundry room.
pool area
back porch
garage with 2 parking spaces one inside one outside
fully furnished and fully decorated.
also has a study and play area outside for the kids.
costs:-
furnished $359,332
unfurnished $138, 374
all the bathrooms have been decorated pretty much the same.
you could expand upwards if you wanted or just place this lot on a bigger plot of land this has been on a 50x25 plot of land.
no cc has been used at all on this lot. the mirror floors you see in the pictures are not included. you can download these by Murano over on TSR.

my second lot in 3 days not bad going at all usually takes me just that to build one lot lol ok so here is sim lane another nice modern home. requires all ep's and sp's up to seasons but does not need 70's, 80's & 90's sp as i do not yet have it (may not even bother with that one ) no cc used. the mirror floors you see are by murano over at TSR they are not included either. i think the floor pattern may be by Praline sims but not sure.
this lot has
3 bedrooms
2 bathrooms
laundry room
beautiful pool area with water fountains.
hot tub
childrens play area
garage for 2 cars.

the rest of the house is all pretty much open plan.
if you wanted to add an upper floor you would need to remove the stage off the roof and the best place to put stairs in would be the end where the garage is in front of the 2 windows, a spiral staircase would fit best this would then allow to add an upper floor if needed. but if you want me to do this and upload a version with an upper floor let me know.

Another modern family home. this lot requires all ep's and sp's apart from 70's, 80's & 90's sp as i still don't have it ( and not likely to get it) one bedroom i have left empty so you can furnish it as you please. some simmers like to add a nursery or a child or teens room so that's why i left it empty. this lot has

dining area
living room
also an upper living room

nice pool area
hot tub on the back decking
there is also a nice gazebo at the back of the lot which is the BBQ area but you could use it for something else if you wanted to. there is also a 2 car garage. there should be room outside the garage to park 2 more cars if you wanted to.
No cc has been used. the mirror floors are by Murano over at TSR but are not included.

Onella drive is a nice family home, kind of modern. this will require all ep's and sp's apart from 70's, 80's & 90's sp i don't have that. no cc has been used. the cc you see in the pictures is the seating around the tree and the mirror floors which are not included in the lot. the mirror floors are from tsr by murano and the seating i cannot remember.

lovely pool area

small play park for kids.
and a nice fruit and veg garden
the fruit and veg garden i have set you off with some plants and trees already planted, all your sims need to do is look after them the book shelf has every book from the book shop apart from fiction books. there are all skill book, all recipe books, fishing books, kids books and all compositions for all musical instruments so your sims do not need to go buy those books the house is fully furnished and decorated and beautifully landscaped. 2 bedrooms are empty as i know some simmers like to decorate some rooms to their own taste and needs. This lot is the small old shack from appaloosa falls, i have given it a makeover. so it isnt much of a shack no more. no cc has been used on the lot and will need all ep's and sp's to play apart from 70's, 80's & 90's sp. the lot has

1 bathroom
basement
1 parking space
large kitchen
large living room
skills room
there is also a basement which is empty so i guess you could add more rooms or even an indoor swimming pool down there. or any trophys won in equestrian competitions. i have built a stable in the field and added some training equipment for your horse. this home is just perfect for any sim starting out as an equestrian and wanting their first horse.

This is a gift for a friend of mine, i built this to cheer her up a little after losing all her cc
it requires all the sims ep';s and sp's up to master suit. this lot has 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. one of the bedrooms has some skill items in it but can be turned into a bedroom or nursery. has 2 garages enough space to park 4 cars. has 2 places for bikes inside one garage. it has stables to house 3 large horses and a big spare room above the stables with a spiral staircase going up to it. large pool area with a hot tub and a gazebo outside with a bbq eating area. there is training equipment for the horses, a water slide for your sims to have fun on.there is also a massive basement the stair go down from the garages this is empty so you can do as you wish with the basement. it is built on a 50x50 lot to buy the lot furnished it cost's $339,160
unfurnished $165,862.
the gardens are fully landscaped and there are 2 beautiful water features in the front gardens that i built myself.
this is the first lot i have built for the sims 3 so i hope you all like it, i know you will Cori my bff because it is all purple lol it did take a me a few day's to build it lol as i had some changes to do to it. there is some cc on this lot that has come from the sims 3 store.im sure if you do not have the curtains they will just be replaced with other curtains

This nursery recolour was requested by Tonad. the file includes the cot, changing table, high chair, toy box, 2 sets of curtains, small end table, lamp, rug 3 wallpapers and 4 scooby-doo pictures. this set requires ikea, uni, night life and family fun stuff. the rug recolour can be found on the ikea rug. you must have the CEP tool installed for this set to show up in your game.The carpet pictured is from the game it is called carpet of the country with provence blue, im not sure wich this came with.     |
